DHARFIANTO

A first class honours graduate from The Puttnam School of Film, Dharfianto aspires to tell stories revolving personal and universal human relationship; to remind the audience of the strength and fragility of these bonds.

In his free time, he has written, directed and produced a semi-autobiographical short film, Coming Home which was screened on the 6th Singapore Short Film Awards and We Speak, Here Film Festival. He also directed Cliffton’s Rewind, an anti drugs campaign short film that deals with the theme second chance, which clinched First Place in the Life Does Not Rewind Film Competition, organised by the Central Narcotics Bureau. His directorial works also include Soul Food, an online series which was an official selection at both Festival Series Mania (France) in 2019 and Webfest Berlin, Drama category in 2020, music video “Always Here For You” composed by Dick Lee and performed by Benjamin Kheng for the Singapore Police Force.

His other directorial works for trending series #JustSwipeLah were also nominated for Best Short-Form Entertainment Programme at Star Awards 2022 and 2023.

Dharfianto is trained in production of digital contents as well. Many of his works can be found on brands like Sony Singapore, Asia’s Got Talent, JBL Singapore and Asia's Next Top Model.
